Skip Hop

On Wednesday the 19 of October Skip Hop came to the Gaelscoil for a workshop on skipping for all the classes from senior infants up to Rang VI. This was a thoroughly enjoyable day for all the children and teachers who took part. We encourage all the children to practise their new found joys and skills of skipping at home, as exercise is such an important part of a healhy lifestyle
